Average THC Content in Seized Sinsemilla Samples (1977 - 2008)

Sinsemilla simply means "without seeds," and is generally the term used to refer to the highest quality and potency natural cannabis. The plants are carefuly tended and matured and every effort possible is made to ensure that no male plants or the pollen from them are allowed to fertilize the female plants. That process ensures that higher levels of psychoactive cannabinoids are produced, leading to plants that are "all they can be." Sufficient numbers of samples have been tested to demonstrate a sustained potency level of approximately 11 - 12 percent THC in high quality cannabis over the past decade.
